How does it work?
Buyers are eligible for a buyer protection claim as long as they:

Made the purchase on the TIKKYTIKKY.NET ᵀᴹ site
Made a purchase that is not specifically excluded from protection
Made the purchase within the 30 days preceding the claim
Have a good faith dispute with TIKKYTIKKY.NET ᵀᴹ.

Dispute
If you buy a product and it doesn’t turn up, it’s not as it was described, or it’s faulty – Buyer Protection can help.

As a buyer, if you’re unable to reach a resolution, you have 30 days from buying the item to make contact with us about:

non-deliveries
not as described
faulty goods – must be reported within a reasonable timeframe ( 15 – 30 days).

If the product is not received within the buyer protection period.

Refund in 7 Days
If the product received is not as described in our website.

Returns in 7 Days
You have to return the item within 7 days of receiving it and “change of mind” returns are not allowed.

Exchange in 7 Days
Upon request, and at our discretion, we may exchange defective/ faulty items for identical items of equivalent value.

All products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt within 7 days from the date of purchase (Product should be in its original condition)

Please note that the management has the right to assess the age & condition of the returned goods prior to offering an exchange (Terms & Conditions Apply).
